Returned Goods
We hope that you are happy with the items you have ordered and we work hard to ensure that every order leaves our warehouse correct and perfect packed.
As with everything, mistakes can occasionally be made. If an error should occur, please notify us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the goods, and our customer service team will work quickly and efficiently to ensure it is rectified with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
When goods have been ordered in error or are faulty, the Company may agree to their return on the following conditions.
Miss Pink do not refund purchases unless they items are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched.
- If you wish to return faulty goods please ensure that the product you have bought is in original condition, unworn or unused and sent back to us with its original packaging.
- Carriage charges will not be refunded.
- Returned goods will only be accepted where a Returns Authorisation has been given. The relevant reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation. For your own protection, please obtain a receipt from the carrier as the Company accepts no responsibility for lost parcels.
- Faulty goods returned for testing can take up to 7 days.
- Certain products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
- Waxes
- Waxing disposables
- Acetone
- All Solutions
- Couch Rolls
- Nail Products
- Foot Files
Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their original packaging will not be accepted for return. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, at their expense.
Faulty Goods:
| Miss Pink adhere to all manufacturer warranty instructions relating to faulty goods. Depending on the terms of the Manufacturer warranty, faulty goods must be returned to either Miss Pink or the manufacturer to confirm the goods are faulty. All returns must be made within seven days of purchase (this may vary depending on warranty period), include original packaging and a copy of your invoice. Upon confirmation, a replacement will be sent freight free or a credit note will be issued.Returns Information:
If you wish to return an item you may contact us by email at info@misspink.ie or call 01-2166693, within seven days stating the reason for return. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order. |
